2. Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: I currently accept Venmo, Paypal, Credit & Debit (within the Paypal app). The Jotform will have an option to pay with the method of choice at the BOTTOM of the form. If you do not have any of these methods please contact me and we might be able to work out another method of payment.

3. Q: How much is shipping?

A: Both U.S. shipping & taxes are calculated on the Jotform order form (directly before the shipping and billing info). This does not include shipping to Canada. I am happy to ship to Canada, although, prices will vary and you will be invoiced an additional​ shipping fee.

4. Q: Do you accept returns?

A: I will accept returns on clothing in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY. I will not refund or cancel the order. Shipping and taxes are not included. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON HAND DRAWN FINE ART (PRINTS) OR PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS.

5. Q: What if I submit the incorrect mailing address?

A: If the package is returned to me due to the incorrect mailing address YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING TO MAIL IT AGAIN.

6. Q: What if I live locally and shipping does not apply to me?

A: You will be refunded the shipping costs on the day your order is dropped off to you in person.

7. Q: What is the best way to care for the clothing item(s) I bought?

A: All clothing items created at RMRW Originals are created using Direct to Film transfers. For optimal longevity do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on the design. Wash in cold water and tumble dry low.
